day, five days per week for seven consecutive weeks. You lie on a specially
designed bed. Your technician then wraps the ECP cuffs around your lower
extremities, from your ankles to your waist. Your own heartbeat, monitored by a
computer, makes the ECP machine operate. When your heart beats, the ECP cuffs
relax; when your heart rests between beats, the cuffs inflate and gently squeeze
